Are there corporate office locations where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

All our roles are remote first, but we always welcome you in Riga or Tallinn for office experience - snacks and coffee. In Riga you can also enjoy in-house gym, physiotherapists and masseurs.

Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

House Manager for examples needs to be in the office, masseurs, physiotherapists, cleaners. All other roles - remote first.

Do you make exceptions to allow full-time remote work?

You can apply and get approval to be full-time remote.
